How To Become a Good Wife and Mother


I want to be a good wife and mother. Its a very simple goal and one that I've yet to meet despite it being so simple!So how do I become a good wife and mother I ask myself. The answer is very simple really. It is understanding the needs of my hubby and children and fulfilling them. It is all about knowing and understanding my husband and kids really well. It is knowing the way to their hearts. But knowing is not enough. The next step is doing or fulfilling their hearts desire.For my hubby, the way to his heart is to become more dependable, more organised and to do things together with him more frequently. It is also to stop complaining so much. When I do this, he becomes happier and in return he returns my love. Yes, love really does go round. When you give love, you receive love.For my kids, the way to their hearts is to listen to them and to play with them. Thats even simpler but again I have trouble fulfilling this simple thing. I have all sorts of excuses from me time to lack of time. I know that the way to my kids hearts is to listen and to play with them. And when I do this, they don't act up. They become very nice, loving kids who listen to me.So now that I've written down the simple things I need to do to become a better wife and mother, like any other goal, I must break them up into smaller more manageable tasks so that I meet those goals.I was a good wife during the weekend because I tried. I may not always succeed but I did make my best effort to do things together with him as well as to control my temper. When I saw that we had become unhappy about something small which could have blown out of control into something bigger and spoilt everyone's weekend, I put out the fire when it was small and all was well again. That is a small step. Next time, I will do better and prevent the fire from starting. ;)I told myself that I will try to be a good mother too starting this week. Its only Monday and I've failed. So now I'm going to break it down into more manageable goals. Here they are.
Stop to listen when they talk to me
Play with them at least 30 minutes each day (By this, I mean uninteruppted play. I wanted to write at least one hour but I think I'll start small ie 30 minutes. Hehe. I want to break that down further to spend time separately with each kid each day but I think I will try to meet this goal first)
Writing down, always helps me to think better and do better. From now, I will write down and review these goals periodically and add new ones etc in my goal to become a better wife and mother. Wish me luck!

How To Dissect a Frog


As you move forward in studying science, you will encounter "frog dissecting", here's how to do it easily and properly.
Instructions
Things you will need:
frog to be dissected
scalpel or any cutting tools
surgical gloves
place for the dissection, much better if laboratory will be used
tacks for the frog holders
Step
1
Frogs has two body coverings, It's skin and the abdominal muscles, cut first the outer covering or the skin, pinch it up for easier cutting, don't cut it deeper or it will bleed, you might damage the internal organs too, cut it straght vertically from upper body to it's lower body, then at each end of the cut that you have made, cut it horizontally just enough to open up the skin.

To start dissecting put the frog on the table and use the tacks to hold it down, the tacks will be located on it\'s limbs and on its feet, it will be much better if there will be someone helping you to hold the frog to make the procedure easier.

Then do the abdominal muscle, cut it as you\'ve done to the skin but no pinching this time, just a light and easy cut through it, after you open it up, use the tacks again to hold the skin open and see whats inside it.

We wait for each other to have dinner, we treasure those times before we sleep when we’re just making kuwento, and best of all, we’re weathering some very tough challenges with a sense of calm and strength. I think knowing that we can count on each other to be there in good times and bad allows us stand tall through difficulty.

Global Warming

GLOBAL WARMING

Global warming is the most serious ecological problem, not to mention other ecological problems like air and sea pollution, extinction of many animal species, acid rains and many other. Mother Earth has become very vulnerable and her vulnerable condition makes us vulnerable too. Global warming has already caused serious climate changes, and climate changes together with air pollution are responsible for many diseases and of course deaths.

And although there are so many problems that are already showing their devastating potential, appropriate action is nowhere to be seen. There are some small actions but what is really required is one huge action on global scale that would include most of the world’s population. Small-scaled actions are only good on certain areas and have little or none effect on global situation.
Some scientists say it’s maybe all over as we failed to make the right move at the right time, but it’s still not too late, if not for removing problems then at least to try stopping them from further development. Unfortunately this kind of action is almost impossible since many people still lack ecological awareness thinking only how to satisfy their needs, and not the needs of complete mankind.


Fossil fuels mainly responsible for global warming are still dominant energy source and renewable energy sources are really thing of the future. What future? If this trend continues what kind of future will this be? Do we really have to get ourselves on urge of extinction in order to know what to do next or at least once humanity can react while is still time? Unfortunately humanity doesn’t think enough of future generations as they have right to inherit mother Earth as strong and beautiful mother and not like some old woman who’s days are numbered. We simply don’t have the right to take from our descendants something that belongs to them as much as it belong to us.


Profit and economy are still much more significant in eyes of many than ecology which is to them only something some crazy ecologists blubber about, something that they shouldn’t worried about as they consider themselves supreme beings forgetting that Earth was there long before humans become dominant force on planet.


We should really be guardians of our planet putting our efforts in order to preserve all life on planet and we’re doing complete opposite by not only endangering lots of animal species but endangering our species too.

It is not yet a hopeless case; we could still do something to make our world a better place to live in… It will be good to familiarize our self with the major problems of our ecosystem, so we would be aware, not only of our actions but to what is going on with our surroundings as well.
